Jesus coming the order is betrayal-destruction-salvation (2Th 2:1-4)
- Main references: 2Th 2:1-3
Concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our being gathered to him, we ask you, brothers and sisters, not to become easily unsettled or alarmed by the teaching allegedly from us—whether by a prophecy or by word of mouth or by letter—asserting that the day of the Lord has already come. Don’t let anyone deceive you in any way, for that day will not come until the rebellion occurs and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the man doomed to destruction.
1. Like the time of the first coming, the fulfillment begins with the messengers (messengers of the seven lamps) of the tabernacle, who prepare the way (Rv 1, 2, 3). Satan's pastor (Nicolaitans) masquerades as an angel of light (2 Cor 11:13-15), enters into the tabernacle, receives his appointed task, and feeds the people inside the tabernacle his teachings.
2. Satan's pastor, the Nicolaitans, brings the seven pastors and ten elders of Satan’s denomination (Rv 8-9) into the tabernacle and destroys the tabernacle, which prepares the way and betrays (Rev 13). He stands in the holy place (pulpit). At that time, the seven pastors of the tabernacle (seven stars) lose in the battle against them and flee in seven ways (refer to Dt 28).
3. At that time, some from the tabernacle (the promised pastor, who is the one who overcomes, and his brothers) fight against Satan's pastor, who is likened to a beast. They overcome by the blood of Jesus and the word of testimony (Rv 12). The seven pastors of Satan, who lose in the battle, flee in seven ways, and the one who overcomes becomes the new spiritual Israel and establishes the twelve tribes of God's kingdom (Gn 7).
The seven messengers of the tabernacle that prepared the way and betrayed, the Nicolaitans and Satan’s seven pastors, and the one who came out from the tabernacle and overcame are the actual entities of the betrayers, destroyers, and savior mentioned by Paul (2 Thes 2:1-3). Only those who belong to the group of the one who overcomes, the savior, are those who will receive salvation in the New Testament (Rv 7, 14:1-5, 14-16).
