Today, we are going to listen to elementary lesson six the figurative bowl, scale, and rod.

Jesus had prophesied the secrets of the kingdom of heaven through parables and in figurative language. 

So through this time today, we would like to share with you the contents of the true meanings contained in the text.

First, let me give you the answer to the parables about the bowl scale and rod.

The figurative bowl refers to a person a person's heart or an organization.

The scale is the word that weighs the faith and the actions.

And the figurative rod or staff represents the word and a person who has the word. 

And finally, the figurative iron scepter symbolizes the ecclesiastical authority to rule.

The figurative bowl scale and rod or staff that we will discuss today are used as physical tools in the books of history or instructions in the bible. 

However, in the books of prophecy, they have spiritual meanings under the guise of physical characteristics.

So today we will find out the spiritual meaning of each of these tools appearing in the books of prophecy.

Jesus said in parables "the kingdom of heaven" like this.  

When Jesus spoke of the kingdom of heaven, he said that it is like a mustard seed that a man took and sowed in his field. After the smallest seed grows like this, it becomes a large tree, and the birds of the air come and perch in its branches.

Do you see this look like heaven?

But, this is what Jesus spoke of the kingdom of heaven in parables.

Even though we are different in denominations and doctrines we carry out a life of faith as believers based on the same word of the Bible.

However, the reason why one couldn't understand what Jesus said about the kingdom of heaven in parables is that it was hidden in parables and realities that appear when fulfilled have not been revealed.

When the realities of prophecies are revealed they are the realities of the parables.

So you can see and understand their meanings.

The parables of the secrets of the kingdom of heaven should not be known literally on the surface but the deeper true meaning should be known.

Why Jesus has spoken in parables?

The reason why he spoke in parables was it was the secrets of heaven(Mt 13:10-17) and there was a concern that the enemy might hear, interfere with, and use this secret.

God promised to reveal the secrets of heaven when the time comes (John 16:25).

This is the time when the prophecy is fulfilled.

We should not literally understand the prophecy which is the secret of heaven but must know the true meaning of its parables.

We took a look at the meaning of the figurative wine and olive oil today.

It says in Psalm 119:105. "Your word is a lamp to my feet and the light for my path."

Thus the bible is a lamp that we must prepare, but just because you have a lamp it doesn't mean that it can be lit, right?

Oil is also needed to light the lamp.

The oil that we must prepare is not the type of oil.

I hope you can check if the lamp and the oil that you might have are the lamps and the oil according to the bible.

I answered, "Sir, you know." And he said, "These are they who have come out of the great tribulation; they have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.

What was the reality of the figurative flesh and blood of the lamb?

It was the words of Jesus which give life.

However  there was the flesh and the blood of Jesus that were to be eaten 2,000 years ago.

 And there also is the flesh and blood of Jesus which we must eat today 2,000 years ago at the time of the first coming.

The reality of the fulfillment of the Old Testament was the flesh and the blood of the lamb which had to be eaten to attain eternal life.

In today's era the time of the second coming the reality of the fulfillment of the New Testament is the flesh and the blood of the lamb that we must eat in order to attain eternal life. 

So believers we can know if we are eating the flesh and blood of the lamb.

By checking if we ourselves know the words of the fulfillment of the New Testament.

If you do know such content, then you can be someone who can eat of it and have eternal life.

But if you do not know it, then you may be someone who has nothing to do with eternal life, right?

Then we must not be in the same position as the crowd of people who left Jesus 2,000 years ago.

But must be in the same position as the disciples who correctly perceive the word to attain eternal life.

First, the reality of the figurative water is the word of God. 

Also, the water of life at the first coming was the revealed word of the fulfillment of the Old Testament at the time of the second coming.

It is the revealed word of the fulfillment of the New Testament.

The origin of this water the figurative spring is a pastor or a temple.

The spring of life at the first coming was Jesus.

And the spring of life at the second coming that we must find today is the pastor who has received the open scroll in Rev 10.

Last, the figurative river refers to the disciples and the evangelist.

What kind of word is Satan's treasure the fake treasure you're right it's not the truth but the words of false truth. 

Then if this is the case which rich man with what kind of treasure do you think God wants.

It's true desires the rich man who possesses God's treasure.

Just as we saw in our main passage in Rev 3:17.

The messenger of Jesus wasn't the rich man that Jesus wanted.

Furthermore because the messenger was not rich with God's treasure he was poor as Jesus saw it.

Therefore Jesus desires us to become rich with the true treasure gold refined in fire.

So that we can all enter into God's kingdom, the kingdom of heaven.

Fellow believers as we saw today at this time.

What kind of rich man are you?

Now if we have fake treasure let us sell it all away.

And furthermore let us not be rich off meaningless treasure, but just as it says in Mt 13::44.

That if we found the field with hidden treasure let us sell all of our meaningless possessions all of our incorrect knowledge and find God's treasure and buy that treasure and that field.

1. In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

2. He was with God in the beginning.

3. Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made.

4. In him was life, and that life was the light of men.

5. The light shines in the darkness, but the darkness has not understood it.

The light is God and the word of life.

And the darkness is not having God's word which leads to being ignorant of God and his word.

God compared himself and his word of life to light just as people cannot live without light.

God desires us to understand that we cannot survive without God's word.

Therefore the word says that God and God's word is light.

God's word is light.

Believers who have hope in heaven since God expressed that we cannot survive without light.  

Let us seek and understand the word of life the word of light in order to live in this way we can become God's family who attains life and become the children of light to receive the promised blessings of heaven this I pray in the name of the Lord.
